Monica Bedia is the managing attorney of the Ghanooni Law Firm, and began her career at the Ghanooni Law Firm in 2016 as a law clerk.
Monica's practice consists of representing a broad range of debtors in both chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies as well as alternatives to bankruptcy including debt settlement negotiations. Monica has extensive experience managing all aspects of chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies from initial consultations all the way through discharge.
Monica prides herself on providing personal attention to each of the firm’s clients and is dedicated to providing financial relief to clients.
Monica is fluent in Spanish and graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in English and earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School.
